How does free delivery work?
Each delivery zone has its own minimum order value for free delivery — shown next to the zone below. Orders under that amount are charged the zone's standard delivery fee.
Are collection point pickups free?
Yes, picking up from any of our collection points is always free of charge.
How do you keep produce fresh during transit?
Orders are packed carefully at the time of dispatch, with perishable items handled last to minimize time out of storage.
Can someone else collect my pickup order?
Bring your order confirmation (the order ID) when collecting — anyone with that reference can pick it up on your behalf.
